More focus and attention on all technical components of Kyokushin and emphasising strong basics which concludes with traditional kyokushin stamina.

Class focussed more on fighting techniques and fighting combinations
SATURDAY (FIGHTING CLASS)
9.00AM START – 10.30 AM FINISH
Open to all students, A basic foundation of boxing/kickboxing and full contact karate, a quality workout in casual atmosphere, no gi required, don’t put up a sweat, don’t bother coming!
Kyokushin Karate – FIGHTERS CLASS/ WORKOUT CLASS
Preparation for tournaments is a must in this class.........

This training is OPTIONAL and to be used as a ‘MUST PUT UP A SWEAT’ class to work on basics, kata, stamina and preparation for grading etc.
